SOUTH AFRICA REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Returns & Exchanges can ONLY be processed directly via the return link on user account of the website. To book a return please follow the return instructions, at the following link:

- 2% Restocking Fee
- If you are not pleased with your purchase we will offer an exchange or refund within 30 calender days of receipt of your item.
- All items to be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and Antelo tag still in place
- The original courier fee paid is non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable to the given item to be returned.
- Please note that images on the website can differ from screen to screen. Colour variation may also occur due to different leather dye batches or differences in screens. This does NOT classify as a faulty item
- All items in the factory shop are rejects because of minor defects. Examples include but are not limited to: shading, skew stitching, tick bites, natural scuff marks or scratches or other minor errors like needle damage, skew stitching, nips in the leather. Images of the minor flaw item indicated are for design purposes only, the onus is on you to identify the flaw prior to purchasing the item. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
- No refunds / returns or exchanges on any free gifts selected.
- We do require proof of purchase to be submitted via e-mail to cn@antelo.co.za prior to the return of such item.
- Great care has been taken to ensure that items of the highest quality are delivered to you. If however there appears to be an oversight on our behalf we will gladly offer an exchange (subject to availability of stock) or a refund. Please send us an image of the faulty goods to ops@antelo.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of the item
- No items can be returned to us without prior notification or confirmation / approval of the return. Please log a return or exchange on the above link. Should you have questions regarding the booking please e-mail us at cn@antelo.co.za
- If goods are to be refunded, the amount will be credited into your bank account via original payment method via EFT within 5 – 7 work days.
- If a payment was made via PayJustNow, the refund will be processed by the team at PayJustNow
- If goods are to be exchanged, the exchange item will be sent upon receipt of the return (if the goods are in its original condition).
- Goods are your responsibility until it has reached us, so please make sure that you take the necessary insurance for it to arrive here safely.
- Please note wear-and-tear on any item will not be accepted as damage or considered faulty for return or exchange
- Any items (i.e buckle tab that has fallen off) is not considered faulty goods - the buckle tab is a detachable item and considered a repair.
- Any queries regarding the quality, repair or dispute of an item purchased from one of our stockists must be directed to the specific store, with accommodating proof of purchase. The store will then get in contact with us for further arrangements.
INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS AND RETURNS
If you are situated internationally, please contact us at cn@antelo.co.za to get our returning address before sending back the items
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it, however we will not be liable to refund any import taxes or duties incurred. International customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will also not be held liable for any damages occurred during the return process. Refunds will be made on receipt and inspection of returned item, and payment will be done via PayPal. International clients can only be refunded on credit card transactions within 48 hours.
WARRANTEE
We comply with the consumer protection act with regards to defective goods. If a product has a manufacturing defect (excluding items purchased as a minor flaw from the factory outlet online) we require a proof of purchase from our website, which may include your order number or name reference of such item, along with an image of the defect sent via e-mail to ops@antelo.co.za. Upon approval we will repair or replace such item after careful assessment and according to our discretion, within 6 month of the purchase of the said item. Should the same defect occur within 3 months after repair we will replace or refund such item. A defective item that may have been purchased from one of our stockists need to be returned to the specific point of purchase, with accommodating proof of purchase.
