How do I track my order? 

We use UAfrica, and updated tracking information will be sent to you throughout the ordering process. Once an order is placed we will send an order confirmation. As soon as its dispatched you will receive another e-mail. UAfrica will then also send further tracking information regarding the tracking number and delivery.

How do I take care of my Antelo product? 

To keep your Antelo bag looking at its best you need to understand the leather and how to look after it. Our range is made from as natural a leather as you will find. This is a leather that ages beautifully if you take good care of it.We use superbly tanned full-grain aniline leather which is the best quality premium leather there is.  The surface of this type of leather is intact and shows the natural markings of the hide also known as full-grain leather. There is no cheating with aniline leather and that is why only the smoothest hides are chosen. This is reflected in the price of aniline leather items. The full aniline silky finish is achieved by using translucent dyes and waxes which may be susceptible to fading and colour transfer. The natural defects on the leather confirms the authenticity of beautiful leather. It is not heavily coated as this takes away the natural feel of the leather. We strive to appreciate the rawness and authenticity.
It is hard to keep a favourite piece made from aniline leather looking brand new forever. Dirt build-up can and should be removed by wiping down with a dry cloth every week or so. Do NOT spot clean your bag with a wet cloth as this may leave water marks and may result in colour transfer. Water used on any leather will leave a mark if not handled and cleaned correctly.  Just like water, oil will get absorbed very quickly into aniline leather. If you are unsure please refer to your nearest leather care specialist to assist in stain removal, to prevent further damage that may occur.  Although fashionable, the indigo dye in dark blue denim can leave stains on light leather items. Even after several washes, the blue dye can still transfer and bleed onto anything it touches. Please take precaution when wearing your favourite Antelo piece with your denims.
Metal hardware: Always treat with care where metal hardware is used - wipe leather and hardware with a damp cloth and dry carefully
To prevent flaking and wrinkling, dab a bit of conditioner on a soft cloth and rub gently all over. The best leather care product we can recommend is a product called Hannicare for all the diesel leather products and Dasco is an amazing range for the treatment of our new Candor leather, which can be ordered directly from our website
Hair-on products must be handled in the same way you would treat hair. Excessive rubbing and pressure on an area will cause hair loss and balding. Straps are made with plain leather backing to prevent rubbing on clothing. Do not wear the strap upside down as this may cause friction and lead to balding

What are Antelo's Terms and Conditions?

If you are not pleased with your purchase we will offer an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of your item.
We do require you to cover the courier / delivery cost for returning this item
All items to be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and Antelo tag still in place. Together with an accommodating receipt or proof of purchase. 
No refunds or exchanges on any sale items, unless the goods are faulty, we will opt to repair as far as possible. 
Great care has been taken to ensure that items of the highest quality are delivered to you. If however there appears to be an oversight on our behalf we will gladly offer an exchange (subject to availability of stock) or a refund, if the product is in an unused condition. Please send us an image of the faulty goods to admin1@antelo.co.za within 24 hours of receipt of the item. 
Please notify us at admin1@antelo.co.za prior to returning the item, please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange
If goods are to be refunded, the amount will be credited into your bank account via EFT within 5 – 7 work days.
If goods are to be exchanged, the exchange item will be sent upon receipt of the return (if the goods are in its original condition).
Goods are your responsibility until it has reached us, so please make sure that you take the necessary insurance for it to arrive here safely.
Cost of delivery of an exchanged item will be your responsibility
Please note wear-and-tear on any item will not be accepted as damage or considered faulty for return or exchange
Any items (i.e buckle tab that has fallen off) is not considered faulty goods - the buckle tab is a detachable item

What is Antelo's International Terms and Conditions? 

International Shipping

International shipping is calculated by our carrier, DHL Express and shown at checkout based on your location. This is sent with a DHL Express service, which usually takes between 3 and 5 working days from fulfillment date.

Various import duties and taxes may be incurred on delivery to certain regions. We send our products delivered duties unpaid with DHL Express from South Africa and we have NO control over these duties that may be incurred. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. The prices in foreign currency on our website are a guideline only. Prices are subject to foreign exchange rates and calculated using the current conversion rate updated weekly. The Rand is a volatile currency, therefore fluctuation in prices are to be expected. Antelo will not be liable for any customs/import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. Charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, therefore you are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements in your country before placing an order.

What is Antelo's delivery leadtimes for international orders?

We process orders within 24 hours of order during work days. We usually send the following working day and it takes approximately 3-5 business days worldwide sent with DHL Express service.

What are Antelo's payment options for international orders? 

We make use of Payfast for credit card payments

What are Antelo's International Refund and Return policies? 

If you are situated internationally, please contact us  cn@antelo.co.za  to get our returning address before sending back the items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it, however we will not be able to refund any import taxes or duties incurred. International customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. We will also not be held liable for any damages occurred during the return process. Refunds will be made on receipt and inspection of returned item, and payment will be done via PayPal. International clients can only be refunded on credit card transactions within 48 hours.
